We founded Quinta Carmelita on a simple principle: care for the land that gives us our products, and care for the communities that grow them. We believe in sustainable development and in creating foods that can, over time, open new opportunities for these farmers โ while offering you 100% natural products right now.
Since 2015 we've worked alongside small fruit and vegetable producers in Ilopango and Cojutepeque. From them we've learned the techniques and knowledge that bring our food line to life today.
We stay involved in every step of the process: from direct collaboration with farmers to the design of each package. We work on a small scale, with carefully selected ingredients, so every product is an unforgettable experience.
The name "Quinta Carmelita" is that of our home and workplace โ and it sums up everything we want to represent: fresh, 100% natural products, straight from the farmer's hand.
